Gaining sufficient knowledge on CPR and how to recover someone who is unconscious but still breathing was really informative. Also learning how to assist someone who is choking was really helpful as I am aware it can be used in real life situation. Thanks a lot

The class has being thoughtful so far and I have learnt a lot of things about being carer. The choking which comprises of 3 states first help the person to cough or spit out, secondly 5 back blows, thirdly 5 abdominal thrusts and if choking continues use the CPR techniques
